The Florida Gators gain a commitment from three-star defensive lineman Michai Boireau after he decommitted from the program back in September. Boireau, 6-5 and 390 pounds, hails from the state of Georgia and is the 726th ranked player in the 2024 class and the 82nd ranked defensive lineman. His commitment also comes at a time where Florida currently had no defensive line coach on staff after the recent firing of defensive line coach Sean Spencer.
Boireau posted on social media Saturday:
“First and foremost, I would like to thank my family, coaches, and teammates for supporting me through this process. I would like to say thank you to all the schools that have given me an opportunity and believed in me. Also, I would like to thank the most high for giving me to ability to play this sport.
